Jeff has spent nearly three decades leading the development and deployment of enterprise software and SaaS platforms across the public and private sectors. As founder of iLOOKABOUT Corp., he built and scaled platforms used by thousands of municipal, assessment, and real estate professionals across Canada.

His platform work includes MunicipalConnect, AboutMyProperty, and Propertyline, built in partnership with the Toronto Real Estate Board and MPAC, giving him firsthand experience at the intersection of property data, real estate workflows, and municipal systems. He brings equally deep knowledge of public sector governance: procurement frameworks, data privacy requirements, and the accountability standards that come with large scale institutional delivery.

At OpticIntel, Jeff works with organizations navigating property data, real estate technology, and municipal or government facing platforms, helping translate complex, regulated environments into systems people can actually use.
